The Coop accommodated 30 more on-the-job trainees (OJTs) or student interns and work immersion students from BiPSU bringing a total of 53 OJTs and immersion students in the Coop for this year. The trainees include four (4) student interns of Bachelor of Arts in Economics (BA Econ), Ten (10) student interns of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) and six (6) student interns coming from Bachelor of Science in Information System (BSIS) program. BA Econ student interns are required to complete 350 hours, BSIS need 486 hours, while BSBA student interns must complete 600 hours of training in the Coop according to their respective endorsement letters.
Also, a total of Ten (10) students from BiPSU Laboratory High School were already deployed last week nearing to complete their 10 days work immersion.
All of them were assigned to the different departments/sections of the Coop to assist in the day-to-day operations of BILECO.
