BILECO Board of Directors together with General Manager Gerardo N. Oledan visited the ongoing construction of Biliran Geothermal Inc. (BGI) pad site yesterday, 8 February 2023.
The team was welcomed by the Site Manager of BGI Mr. Thaddeus Barrameda. A brief orientation was done for safety rules which includes the wearing of personal protective equipment prior to the site visit. While, BGI Project Development Manager Mr. Romulo Tilos toured the team on site.
The visit of BILECO is in connection to the proposed embedded connection of BGI to the cooperative. The construction is expected to end by the first quarter of 2023 as mentioned in their previous meetings.
