BILECO successfully conducted its regular district elections for board of director in Biliran District on July 2, at the Biliran Central School.
Salvacion Jornales, incumbent BOD, garnered a total of 867 votes against Eusibio Leo Peñaflor with 583. After the canvassing, the DECOM proclaimed BOD-elect Jornales as the winning candidate.
