Proclamation of Mr. Jasper Alrich Earl D. Maderazo as the winning Board of Director in the district of Caibiran in the recently held district election on March 17, 2018 at the Caibiran Central School. Mr. Maderazo will serve for the said post  for his first term as Board of Director until 2021.
