The Pre-Membership Orientation Seminar (PMOS) is scheduled every Wednesday, 9 AM, at the main office of BILECO in Caraycaray, Naval. PMOS is one of the requirements in the application of new service connection. The prospective member-consumers will be oriented on the operations and services of BILECO, their rights and obligations, conservation and safety tips and the composition of power bills.
