BILECO held its first quarter MSEAC Meeting this February where all of its members manifested their committment to support the APEC Partylist after having understood the present situation besetting electric cooperatives.

During the program also new members of MSEAC took their oath of office through board president Alberto Espregante as the administering officer. Other agenda discussed were livelihood and consumer empowerment program, Higatangan microgrid system and customer survey.
