Commercial: P8.4181/kWH

Residential rate decreased by P1.3266 compared last month. The decrease of effective rate was attributed to the drop in Generation charge brought about by significant reduction of WESM (Wholesale Electricity Spot Market) prices and lower base price of the new bilateral contract.

Effective rate is exclusive of VAT.
