As part of line upgrading, BILECO conducted distribution line maintenance last October 28, 2017 at the Biliran diversion road and some areas in Biliran and Naval coinciding the scheduled NGCP power interruption.

Some activities undertaken were pole relocation and replacement and line upgrading.
