It is better late than never. The giving of certificates and appreciation to Power Rapid Restoration Deployment – Task Force Kapatid (PRRD-TFK) of Biliran Electric Cooperative succesfully transpired on January 22, 2021 at BILECO Multi-purpose hall in Brgy. Caraycaray, Naval, Biliran.
The appreciation program was attended by the BILECO Board of Directors and headed by General Manager Gerardo N. Oledan together with Technical Services Manager Carlitus Caesar B. Casinillo and TSD supervisors. The task force received their certificates and tokens from the Philippine Rural Electric Cooperatives Association Inc. (PHILRECA), and One EC Network Foundation in partnership with the National Electrification Administration (NEA) for their unwavering support and upholding the true spirit of bayanihan in helping the affected electric cooperatives and member-consumer-owners in the Province of Albay during typhoons Rolly and Ulysses through the Power Rapid Restoration Deployment – Task Force Kapatid program.
Indeed, our Task Force Kapatid, the unsung heroes of the new generation deserve this appreciation for their unrelenting dedication in the electrification service.
