BILECO employees coming from the Institutional Services Department (ISD), Office of the General Manager (OGM), and Internal Audit Department (IAD) attended the good customer service and coop branding seminar today, August 18. It can be recalled that the coop’s linemen also underwent the same seminar last August 5 and 8 with the same speaker, the Acting Cooperative Communications & Social Marketing Office Head, Ms. Ann-Marie Meracap.
This activity was done through GM Gerardo Oledan’s directive with the purpose to upgrade and update the skills of its employees especially on how to properly communicate with the MCOs of the coop.
