As part of BILECO’s CSR program, the coop headed by the Institutional Services Department (ISD), conducted a feeding activity for the third quarter of 2017 at Libtong Gamay Elementary School in Brgy. Libtong, Naval on September 22.
Around 110 schoolchildren were fed and enjoyed a good meal to nourish their bodies which includes arroz caldo and hard boiled egg.
In a short opening program, the school was grateful for being this quarter’s beneficiary of the Coop’s social responsibility activity saying that eating healthy and nutritious food will result to sound mind and body thereby improving the children’s school performance.
BILECO was also thankful to the school’s TIC, Mrs. Alma Saclolo and the teachers for their support and acceptance of the coop’s activity.
